What are the terms of sale?

  • Term of sale for the first order is: Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
  •  Retailers with accounts have to be credit approved.
  • Accounts are due 30 days from invoice date in U.S. dollars.
  • There is 2% interest per month on invoices over 30 days.
  • There will be a $30 service charge for any returned check.
  • All sales are final. HMWorks does not offer products on guaranteed sale.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Unless otherwise instructed:
  • All shipments are UPS ground FOB shipping point.
  • Available product will ship within 72 hours from receipt of order.
  • Upon request, express shipping is available for an additional charge.

What is your return and damage policy?

  • Please check orders immediately upon receipt.
  • Report any omission or damage to HMWorks within 7 days of receipt.
  • Retain the damaged material in its original packaging, until the claim is settled.
  • Damaged merchandise may be returned only if permission is obtained from HMWorks within 10 days of receipt.  
  • All sales are final but exchanges, returns and credits can be arranged with long-term customers with accounts in good standing.

How is credit for returns applied?

  • For long-term customers with accounts in good standing when returns are arranged, returns will be credited to the account and applied against the oldest invoices first.
  • Cash refunds will not apply, unless the retailer has ceased doing business with HMWorks and has credit.
  • Return shipping costs are the retailer’s responsibility.

Is there a restocking fee?

  • For long-term customers with accounts in good standing when returns are arranged, there is a 20% restocking fee for all arranged returns that are not defective.
  • Overstock product returned with defaced or opened packaging and in unusable condition will not be accepted for account credit
